تواجه شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي تويتر وفيس بوك وجوجل دعوى قضائية في محكمة شمال كاليفورنيا من قبل عائة الطالب الأمريكي الذي قتل في الهجوم الإرهابي الذي طال العاصمة الفرنسية باريس في شهر نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني عام 2015 من قبل تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام.
وتشير العائلة في الدعوى المرفوعة وفقًا لصحيفة الواشنطن بوست، بأنها تريد مقاضاة الشبكات الإجتماعية لتقديمها دعم اللازم من ناحية الأدوات للجماعات الإرهابية، وأن المنصات الثلاث سمحت لتنظيم الدولة الإرهابي باستخدام الشبكات الاجتماعية كأداة لنشر الدعاية المتطرفة وجمع الأموال وجذب المجندين الجدد.
وينشط تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية أو ما يعرف اختصارًا باسم ISIS على الشبكات الإجتماعية مثل فيس بوك وتويتر، وذلك على الرغم من الإجراءات الصارمة التي اتُخذت في العام الماضي لإيقاف وإلغاء الحسابات التابعة له.
كما تحتوي الدعوى التي رفعت هذا الاسبوع على ذكر لشركة جوجل المالكة لمنصة مشاركة الفيديو يوتيوب، والتي يستخدمه التنظيم لنشر أفكارهم وما يقومون به عن طريق مقاطع الفيديو التي تظهر الإعدامات والعمليات الإرهابية.
وأشار محامي العائلة إلى أن المنصات الثلاثة وفرت البنية التحتية والدعم التقني للتنظيم للقيام بأنشطته الإرهابية، وانها لا تعمل بشكل جيد بما فيه الكفاية لمنع الإرهابيين من استخدام الشبكات الخاصة بهم.
وتقول الشكوى بأن الشبكات الإجتماعية قامت بوضع إعلانات بجانب المحتويات التي ينشرها التظيم، كما قامت بتقديم حصة من عائدات الإعلانات للتظيم الإرهابي.
وأشارت فيس بوك في بيان على موقعها على شبكة الإنترنت أنه لا مكان للإرهابيين أو المحتوى الذي يشجع أو يدعم الإرهاب، وأضفت الشبكة بأن هذه الدعوى لا أساس لها.
كما قالت منصة تويتر بأن هذه الدعوى لا تستند إلى أساس قانوني، ورفضت جوجل التعليق على الدعوى مُشيرًة إلى أنها تمتلك سجل حافل من اتخاذها لإجراءات سريعة ضد المحتوى الإرهابي.

The family suggests in the lawsuit filed according to the Washington Post, she wanted to sue the social network for providing necessary support in terms of tools for terrorist groups, and that the three platforms allowed to organize terrorist state using social networking as a tool for the dissemination of extremist propaganda and raise funds and attract new recruits.
And it activates the organization of the Islamic state, or what is known simply as ISIS on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, despite the stringent measures taken last year to shut down and cancel its accounts.
Lawsuit, filed this week at the mention of Google Inc. royal also features a video sharing platform YouTube, which is used by the organization to spread their ideas and what they are doing through videos showing executions and terrorist operations.
The family's lawyer pointed out that the three platforms has provided the infrastructure and technical support for the organization to carry out terrorist activities, and it does not work well enough to prevent terrorists from using their own networks.
The complaint says that social networks have developed ads next to content published by Altzim, and has provided a share of advertising revenue for Tzim terrorist.
The Facebook said in a statement on its website that it is no place for terrorists or content that promotes or supports terrorism, and added that the network this lawsuit unfounded.
Twitter platform also said that this case is not based on a legal basis, and Google refused to comment on the lawsuit, noting that it has a proven track record of taking quick action against the terrorist content.
