بالتأكيد سمعتم بشركة الانترنت الصينية العملاقة Tencent، أضخم شركة انترنت في آسيا. شركة Tencent تمتلك العديد من النشاطات في مجالات التسلية والترفيه والخدمات الإلكترونية، فهي تمتلك الحصة الأكبر من الأسهم في شركة Riot Games صانعة لعبة League of Legends، وتمتلك الحصة الأكبر في شركة Epic Games التي تصنع محرك التطوير الشهير Unreal Engine، كما أنها تمتلك حصة من الأسهم في مجموعة أكتفيجن بليزارد العملاقة.
يبدو أن هناك صفقة ضخمة جداً تلوح في الأفق قريباً، حيث تخطط شركة Tencent على ما يبدو لشراء شركة SuperCell الفنلندية، التي تصنع عنوان Clash of Clans الشهير جداً، وذلك بشراء الحصص الأكبر للشركة من المالك الحالي لها SoftBank، وتشير التقارير إلى أن قيمة الصفقة ستجعل قيمة SuperCell تصل إلى ما يقارب 9 مليار دولار، كما تشير التقارير إلى أن شركة Tencent تعقد العديد من المحادثات حالياً مع المستثمرين من أجل تمويل الصفقة بالفعل.
