اختراق متجر آيسر وتسريب بيانات عشرات آلاف المستخدمين / Acer shop penetration and leaking tens of thousands of users' data

تعرض متجر شركة آيسر على الإنترنت لعملية اختراق أدت لتسريب كمية كبيرة من البيانات الحساسة التي يمكن استغلالها بشكل مسيئ يضر أصحابها.

اعترفت آيسر بدخول غير مسموح به تمكن من خلاله القراصنة من سرقة بيانات تتضمن أسماء وعناوين وأرقام بطاقات ائتمان وتفاصيلها مثل تاريخ الإنتهاء ورموز الحماية. ويمكن للقراصنة استخدام هذه التفاصيل لشراء المنتجات أو أي شيء يرغبون به من الإنترنت.

وقالت آيسر أن البيانات المسروقة تخص المستخدمين الذين اشتروا المنتجات والخدمات من متجر آيسر الخاص بأمريكا الشمالية خلال الفترة الواقعة ما بين 12 مايو 2015 إلى 28 ابريل 2016. وسترسل الشركة رسالة لهؤلاء المستخدمين توضح لهم تعرضهم للإختراق. بدقة أكبر تقول آيسر أن عدد المتضررين من العملية يصل إلى 34500 شخص فقط ومعظمهم من الولايات المتحدة وكندا.

وأضافت آيسر أنها لم تتوصل لأية أدلة تؤكد تسريب أسماء مستخدمين وكلمات مرور لكنها لم تستطع حسم الأمر بعد. إن كان هناك شيء جيد في هذا الاختراق هو أن حجم التسريب صغير للغاية مقارنة بالتسريبات الأخيرة مثل اختراق ماي سبيس وتمبلر ولينكدإن.

Acer said that the stolen data belonging to users who bought products and services from the private Acer shop in North America during the period between May 12, 2015 to April 28 2016. The company will send a message to those users showing them being hacked. More precisely Acer says that the number of people affected by the operation of up to 34,500 people only, mostly from the United States and Canada.

Acer said it did not reach to any evidence to confirm the leak of users names and passwords, but failed to resolve the matter yet. If there is something good in this breakthrough is that the size of the leak is very small compared to the last Baltsribat like penetrating MySpace and Tumblr and LinkedIn.
